BENEFITS FOR OFFICERS:


As per Maritime Employment Contract (MEC).

Paid for onboard service exceeding 120 days.

Increase in Salary as per Maritime Employment Contract (MEC).

Awarded for exceptional performance (safety, operational efficiency, environmental contributions, etc.).

Up to one month’s basic salary, based on performance (company discretion).

Upon obtaining a higher-class certificate.

Up to 30 days annually during voyage leave.

Emergency detachment from vessel on compassionate grounds.

Upon retirement age: lump sum equivalent to 1–3 months' salary.

Paid training sessions, seminars, and development programs.

Salary paid in full during attendance of company training and seminars.

Covered during company training attendance as requested by company.

Liquidation of excess leave days, as per company policy.

For embarkation and disembarkation expenses.

Temporary employment for up to 5 years after retirement age (60+), as per company policy.
