Liberty Manning Services Limited (LMSL), established in 2004 is an official manning agent for KUWAIT OIL TANKER COMPANY (S.A.K)’s. The Manning Agency specializes in the recruitment, training and deployment of competent Marine Engineers and Deck Officers exclusively for KOTC operations through various sub agents worldwide across the nations.

LMSL has been certified by DNV-GL for the following standards:

- Standard for Certification of Crew Manning Offices and private Recruitment and Placement Services. Part 2 – Private Recruitment and Placement Services based on the requirements in the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 – Regulation 1.4
LMSL is well qualified to provide personalized effective and quality manning by combining knowledge and expertise through a dedicated and highly trained staff in the management of Ships, Chemical carriers, Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs), petroleum product tankers and Very Large Gas Carriers (VLGC).
